The brief for this residential project in Māngere Bridge was to design and construct a durable, low-maintenance driveway that complemented the home’s aesthetic while ensuring long-term functionality.

A broom-finish concrete driveway was chosen for its robust durability and slip-resistant texture, making it ideal for both vehicle and pedestrian traffic. The finish provides a clean, practical surface that blends seamlessly with the surrounding property.

To enhance the driveway’s visual appeal and integration with the home’s design, careful attention was given to edging details and surface finishing. Proper site preparation and grading were crucial to ensure effective water drainage and prevent pooling during heavy rainfall.
